Terms and Conditions of the Community

Before joining and participating, we ask that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions, as they establish the rights and responsibilities of members and regulate the use of our platform. By registering and being part of our community, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Definition of the Community
The Community of Friends is an online space intended for interaction, exchange of ideas, and collaboration among its members. Its purpose is to foster creativity, learning, and cooperation in an environment of respect and trust.
2. Registration, Membership, and Payments
2.1 Registration Requirements
To become a part of the community, you must:
Be over 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
Provide truthful and updated information upon registration.
Accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2.2 Fee and Trial Period
The cost of access to the community is 20 USD
All new members have a 14-day FREE trial.
2.3 Subscription Cancellation
The subscription can be canceled at any time from the payment platform (Mercado Pago, under the subscriptions section).
There is no additional cancellation fee.
Refunds will not be granted for already processed payments, except in exceptional cases evaluated by the admin team.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Respectful Behavior
All members must maintain respectful behavior. The following will not be tolerated:
Insults, discrimination, harassment, or any form of verbal or written violence.
Offensive, illegal, defamatory content, or content that incites hatred.
Spam, unauthorized advertising, or promotion of products or services unrelated to the community.
3.2 Privacy and Individual Responsibility
We are not responsible for the behavior of members in private conversations.
However, if any discriminatory behavior or hostile language is detected in the group chat, the member will be immediately removed without the right to a refund.
Members are encouraged to report any incident that endangers the safety or well-being of the community.
3.3 Copyright and Intellectual Property
Members retain the rights to the content they share, but by publishing it, they grant the community a license to display it within the platform.
4. Liability and Limitations
4.1 Use of the Platform
We are not responsible for content posted by users, but we reserve the right to remove posts that violate these terms.
4.2 Disclaimer of Liability
The community is not responsible for interactions between members outside the platform.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the service.
Each user is responsible for the information they share and for interactions within the community.
5. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the community after the update implies acceptance of the new terms.
